The time last visited is pulled from the database where it logs the last time you changed url in the forum.I'm waiting for an answer.
Your last url change was when you went to that topic you posted in.
It did not record the time you made your quick post and logged out.
If you made your quick post and went back to the index and logged out your last visited time would show a minute later.
