Just tested it now ext version 0.9.2-dev (phpBB 3.3.14 with PHP 8.0.16)

same error messages as Lolo42.
The extension can be disabled using the normal procedure but delete data results in a lock up.

I can manually delete data but I wouldn't recommend installing this extension in the state it is.
