No, you need more than just the database for a full backup of your board.I did the SSH backup which I have no idea what SSH is, but the directions were clear enough. I went into my forums ACP. I went to the maintenance tab and selected backup. I did both a local and a download backup. I selected the gzip option and selected all files.
Does that mean I backed up the database and the files? My backup is 55,220kb in size.
