Extension Requests • Re: Poetic/Account Options

I'm so sorry for the delay in responding. Things got nuts. There was shoulder surgery, a job change, children requesting more equality and recognition, marriage flutters, and (of course) the holidays. What a ride it's been.

That said, I finally installed Knowledge Base, and what a phenomenal extension it is! You can view it on my (extremely basic) board if you like. A few things worry me, though; while delicious on many counts, the Knowledge Base extension offers the following pros and cons:

Pros:

• Options to edit, deny, or approve submitted works! (fricking genius!)
• Make written works publicly available to the board community and the general public.

Cons:

• Doesn't offer easy author categorization or options to search by specific author/contributor.
• Missing author portfolio options allowing authors to showcase their contributions/works (in one place) online.

I'm sorry to be annoying, but I'm hoping for something slightly more defined. Would any of you know of an extension similar to this:
A forum is created upon account registration and is accessible via an author's account profile. The author would have MCP access to only their assigned forum, allowing them to create articles, short stories, and poetry. From the author's account profile, others could view the authors' portfolio with the option to leave comments and feedback on their personal forums.

Or perhaps I'm requesting an extension at this point?
