From my perspective, these manipulations have been going on for years. Every letter or punctuation mark can be misspelled. Words can also be manipulated together (backlinks).
And there are still users who don't like a link, .postlink with border-bottom-color, don't use it, even modify it.
Which, in my opinion, is correctly initiated by phpBB. Font-size does play a role, so that I, you, he, she might believe to find a lint on the display.
Full quotes may not even be allowed under certain circumstances, as they are obviously intended to impair the "reading flow".
Conversely, this does not necessarily make sense in my opinion. It only requires more work for admins and moderators.
In this respect, I agree that solutions should be devised which, for example, also exclude the possibility of controlling the color_palette separately in the groups, if this has not yet been considered or is possible.
Best wishes for the future in an ingenious standard.
Kind regards

There is also the question of who cites whom at what time.
In my opinion, the concept goes further than we think:
AI, copyrights and much more.
Like, for example, browser security. Okay, it is clear that phpBB cannot control this in the interests of its own users.
Too much has changed and I think it's a big challenge for phpBB in these times.![Question :?:]()
