The forum permissions for the bots are not set. This will give you overview of all permissions:
Permissions tab >> Forum permissions link on left >> Check next to "All Forums" and submit.
Highlight the bots group and click edit or add permissions depending on which pane it's in. On next page set the permissions for each forum.
Quick tip, you can highlight multiple groups by click top one and then holding the shift key click last one. This will give you overview of all groups and their forum permissions.
