These are the logs I found under "error logs" folder. I am running the most current version3.3.15 updated from .14 and I've changed all the PHP versions you listed above and still slow and times out. Unfortunately, my hosting team is no help at all and are saying it is not a server problem but a software problem. So I am really stuck.
