Tried that Same result.
Interesting that it used to work, but apparently an update to Ubuntu, phpbb3 or some other associated software may have changed this behavior.
If I connect via wifi it works fine.
If I use a PC connected to the LAN, I have to use the local ip address. Puzzle.
