I think I'm down to less than 1000 question now!

Currently I see in the html file, the following:

What's the "- what's a tagline,<!"...etc? is me trying to understand things. Ignore it. I "think" we want the following:

<title>The Vape Workshop – DIY E-Liquid, Coil Building & Vaping Community</title>

Should this be an edit to the existing <title> or an additional line?

What is the "tagline" about? What does it do, is it seen, if so, where...

Sorry, I'm that 81 year-old fart with CRS. PLEASE explain this as if I'm a 3rd grade drop-out!
