I have noticed first pageload up to 13 sec on localhost after cache is purged.
Not a big issue. Just a little annoying.
Any solutions?

Do you run the localhost / xampp or other local software on an SSD? If not, that might be one of the cause but not entirely sure, because:
For example I have my localhost on C: drive which uses an M.2 Samsung and sometimes it loads slow.

I guess that’s one of the downsides of running on localhost.
