Please describe your problem. This behavior started out of the blue sometime in the past week. All attempts to log in are rejected with the error message returned "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again." This failure occurs when logging in for an existing user, as well as when submitting the form to register a new user. The failure appears to occur from all browser I have tried adding a new admin user (did not fix it), the cookie setting update fix and that did not fix it. https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3 ... -settings/. I have access to cpanel, phpmyadmin, and filemgr.
