[3.3.x] Support Forum • Excessive Cpu usage. The server is also shutting down my site.

Hello dear Phpbb users. I am having a problem and I could not solve it.

index.php and app.php is locking the server.
Although no member is active on shared hosting, all pages load late and CPU usage goes up to 100%.

Ram: 2gb
PHP: 8.2
Phpbb: 3.3.11
Mysql: 10.3.39-MariaDB
My theme Milky V2 Latest vers.

I can't solve the problem. I need your help.
