[3.3.x] Support Forum • Can't edit a topic...

I am the admin for my forum. In fact, I am the Founder. The forum has been up and running fine for about 9 months. I recently tried to edit a topic - something I have done successfully many times. However, when I submit the changes I get the following error:

General Error
You are not allowed to access this file.
