@invenio - as mentioned, I have always used cPanel to do backups. I’ve never used the ACP. I will take another look at the instructions but if I used cPanel to do a SQL database backup, home directory backup and full backup, would that not be satisfactory? Sorry but I’m elderly and find new things a bit troublesome.
@KevC - I did look for a new host company and found cheaper ones but I would have to get someone to move the site. I’m just not up to the hassle nowadays.![:(]( "Sad")
