The board is 3.0.2, so it should be fine.
Got to check php version but it could be a problem, because I'm forced to update only because any hosting provider I used keep php version constantly updated, making old scripts not working![]()
...if I'd found a hosting who offers the chance to stick with an older php version, I'd have no need to upgrade my board
Sanitise your database, import that sanitised database in your live phpBB (that means replacing), follow the upgrade instruction to replace your phpBB 3.0.x files with 3.3.11 files and then use the /install to upgrade the database (database update only).
Just make sure you have a backup (Rule nr 1) of your 3.0 database
