[3.3.x] Support Forum • Fast forwarding videos

I think I could pull / fast forward the videos posted on my website using the mouse / my fingers.

I suddenly noticed that this was impossible. I have to wait for the video to slowly move to a different location.

I talked about this to my server people. They are of the opinion some settings has changed in the website and not in the server.

So there is no issue with the server or hosting plan configuration. The video issue could be related to the website settings themselves.

Can anyone please advice me on what website settings have to be corrected to rectify this error?
